I've sat in the fear. I know what it costs to stay there.
For seventeen years, I built a life inside corporate banking and risk management. I led teams, chaired rooms, and learned to read the quiet calculations that keep institutions standing. I was good at it. And still, there was a question underneath everything I did: am I living the life I was actually called to?
That question is the reason I coach. Not because I read a book about confidence — because I had to find my own. The women I work with are not broken. They are accomplished, capable, often exceptional. What they are missing is not more advice. It is the room to hear themselves think, and a guide who refuses to let them outsource their knowing.
